It is an easy-to-apply system for separating lubrication oils from aqueous emulsions that mix in the tanks of traditional or CNC machine tools, or in centralized tanks, causing inconveniences such as bad odor (bacteria), premature deterioration of emulsions, development of fumes during machining (due to the oil foreign to the emulsion that burns in contact with the tool and workpiece), and irritation of the hands of personnel who come into contact with the emulsion. Such inconveniences often require frequent downtime for emulsion replacement with high operating and disposal costs.
